Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide, with only a few exceptions due to delivery restrictions.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received it or the link doesn’t work, contact us at info@vitalygen.com and we’ll help you right away.
Customs & Import Fees
Most customers do not encounter customs fees.
However, international orders may be subject to tax or import charges once they arrive in your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
VitalyGen is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided at checkout. If the error is on our side, we’ll replace your order at no cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package:

Check with neighbors, your mailroom, or building reception.

Wait 1–2 business days to see if the carrier redelivers.

If still missing, contact your local post office to file a claim.
Once you have the courier’s response, email it to info@vitalygen.com so we can assist further.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages with confirmed delivery.
For peace of mind, choose Expedited & Insured Shipping, which includes free replacements.
When We Consider a Package Lost
If tracking shows no movement for 20 consecutive days, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement.
